It is also an ideal solution for a small office, a place for workshops, or a summer rental. Remember, if your needs increase over time, you can always expand it with another module.

Biodomek 4C is the ideal all-year house for a couple or a family of 2+1, 2+2. The cabin has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two wardrobes (one can be converted into an office), a living room with a dining area and kitchen, and a vestibule with a spacious closet. What more do you need for a comfortable, cozy life :). This cabin can also be used as an office.

It has two bedrooms (or one bedroom with a large wardrobe), a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, and a vestibule with a spacious closet. Remember, it can always be expanded in the future :).

A single module with a built-up area of 18m2 and usable area of 16m2. It features a 45-degree pitched roof and can accommodate 1 or 2 users. Suitable for year-round living, a summer house, or an office.

BIODOMEK 3C

Comprising three modules, it offers a built-up area of 52m2 and usable area of 56m2 with a 45-degree pitched roof. It accommodates 1 or 2 users and serves as an all-year house, summer house, or office space.

In our system, you can build larger year-round homes, even up to 100, 200, 250m2. Take a look at sample floor plans to see how such a house can look. Our modules can also be stacked vertically and moved to create roofs and terraces, creating a modern and comfortable structure.

BIODOMEK MOBI - Tiny House, a mini house on wheels

Biodomek MOBI is a residential trailer built with natural materials, a wooden frame filled with straw insulation (strawbales) or high-quality rock wool. It's a great option for singles and couples leading a dynamic lifestyle. In addition to the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, there's a loft bedroom. Take your home with you wherever your heart desires.
